You are watching: 1996 chevy s10 fuel pump relay location
Hey, ns made a large mistake the trying come re-wire one amp, and fried the ECU. Ns bought a new one, and would not start, unless engine starter was sprayed into it. This tells me it"s a fuel problem. I don"t have enough money come flash/program the ECU/ECM/Computer, so ns am spring at instead of the fuel pump relay, just to to speak if that is my problem(Maybe the relay go out up, together with the ECU). I have purchased a new one native Autozone, yet just perform not understand where it goes...So, whereby is the location of the fuel pump relay top top a 1996(2nd Gen) S10, 4CYL 2.2L hand-operated Trans, prolonged CAB, quick bed truck?
Okay, for this reason I have checked the hand-operated the truck comes with, and also I purchase a book on everything around this truck...Either I"m blind/stupid, or these books just don"t have it listed...Any aid would be appreciated.

In the gloves box, over there is an access for relays. One of them in over there is the fuel pump relay. I recognize one is the horn.

Thanks guys, I"ve taken a look at this, and have been wondering...The van was running this whole time there is no 1 even in there..Is this normal? Anyways, I"ll take some pics of what I think to it is in the relay access/Relay, and see what girlfriend think...Basically, every I view is a female end for 1 relay...Nothing else. However then again, i am slightly car/truck retarded, so that may be the case here as well.
